Over the past 7 years we have been focusing on the reason why the rental market in South Africa is always up and down. The main reason for this is, the fact that people in South Africa cannot afford the extremely HIGH deposits that need to be paid. When they do manage to finally get the deposit and pay it, most of the time they do not receive the full deposit back at the end of the rental

We have been doing renovations and maintenance with large estate agents all over South Africa. We have realised the biggest problem arises when the tenants lease has come to an end and then the debate starts about who is liable for what, how long must I wait to get my deposit back, who damaged what, what was broken etc.

The PMP is here to eliminate all the issues between tenants, owners and estate agents

The PMP is run under the company of Cape Town Construction & Maintenance Services owned by Chris Stanton Holdings & Riaaz Cupido Holdings.

Pricing

The plan price will be determined on inspection of property according to a manager at CTCMS. A stop order will be set up to come off the client’s bank account monthly for the duration of the rental

Registration Fee

The client will need to pay a registration/admin fee of R550.00

Contract

The client will sign a 12 month contract with CTCMS which they cannot breach
